Leaders Link Communities

Leaders Link Communities (LLC), a leadership program of Will-Grundy Habitat for Humanity, was established in response to the growing need to develop future leaders in the Will & Grundy County area. The program brings together experienced leaders from a diverse range of industries to mentor and support emerging leaders as they grow personally and professionally.

In partnership with the Organizational Leadership program at the College of Business at Lewis University, LLC serves as both a research initiative and a hands-on opportunity for aspiring leaders to create customized leadership development plans. LLC also collaborates with the Innovation Hub at Lewis University to provide an entrepreneurial leadership experience.

This innovative approach sets LLC apart, offering a unique platform for leadership development, mentorship, and meaningful community impact all aligned with Will-Grundy Habitat’s mission of building stronger communities.
