Leaders Link Communities (LLC) was created to meet the growing demand for developing future leaders in Will County.  This program unites experienced leaders from various industries to mentor and guide aspiring leaders.

Supported by the Organizational Leadership program at the College of Business at Lewis University, LLC serves as both a research initiative and a platform for participants to create personalized leadership development plans.  Additionally, LLC collaborates with the Innovation Hub at Lewis University to offer an entrepreneurial leadership experience.  This unique approach distinguishes LLC by providing a valuable platform for leadership development and knowledge exchange.

Leaders Link Communities is a cohort-based experience tailored for Will County’s emerging business and community leaders. By recognizing and developing your leadership potential, you'll benefit not only your career but also your organization and our community. This program will help you enhance the effectiveness and impact of your leadership, regardless of your current role within your organization.
