OUR STORY

Leaders Link Communities (LLC) was established in response to the growing need for developing future leaders in the Will County area. The program brings together Experienced Leaders from a diverse range of industries to address  Future Leaders. The Organizational Leadership program at the College of Business at Lewis University is supporting this as both a research project and a way to help aspiring leaders create customized individual leadership development plans. LLC is also partnering with the Innovation Hub at Lewis University to create an entrepreneurial leadership experience. This innovative approach sets LLC apart as it provides a valuable platform for leadership development and knowledge exchange.
